The avant-garde French fashion house continues to push boundaries with its unique take on the traditional engagement ring. Consistently remodeling and putting a new twist on classic designs, Maison Martin Margiela focuses its attention in the ever-changing creative process of design rather than fixating on a single object. With its latest take on fine jewelry, the fashion house challenged conceptions of the classic engagement ring by re-working its Pompadour ring. While the spirit of the striking ring remains, the sapphires are replaced by an almost laser-cut split between two diamonds. An intriguing cut with a poetic touch, as two brilliant diamonds encircle your fingers.

Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt

個人不太喜歡太過甜的香氛,反而淡淡的香氣令人感覺清新。英國品牌Jo Malone秋季推出的Wood Sage & Sea Salt中性香氛便達到我的要求,揉合了木質與海洋香調,前調是秋葵籽,後調是鼠尾草,中調則選用了海鹽,建議可加入青檸、羅勒與柑橘道出木本芬芳,或與杏桃花與蜂蜜揉合,營造出香甜多汁的果香,提升整體的活力感。系列還有身體及潔手液、身體潤膚乳霜及香氛蠟燭,全面將英倫海風融入生活之中。

Giorgio Armani Eau pour homme

Eau pour homme是Giorgio Armani首款男士香氛,以剛強木香展現不羈活力的特質,其後再推出eau de nuit,則是較溫文儒雅的芳香,今季品牌推出第三款全新eau d’arômes,這次將展示男士悠閒輕鬆之姿。香氛同樣地以Armani代表性無結構夾克攫取靈感,香氛瓶反光的黑膠木瓶蓋及堅厚的玻璃突顯優雅,瓶頸與瓶腳飾有金屬條紋環圈,展示絕對工藝與簡約無瑕的結構。輕輕一噴,佛手柑與蜜柑組成清新橘果初調,加入薑後更顯明亮;小豆蔻及鼠尾草聯同火熱的辣椒築構起中調,跟乾脆的香根草、性感的廣藿香及珍稀的龍涎香融合的尾香形成對比。

The limited-edition Miss Viv’ L’ArcoBaleno

When it came to selecting the face of its new Miss Viv’ handbag campaign, the term “celebrity” is not necessarily one that the creative team at Roger Vivier had in mind. Instead of enlisting your standard Hollywood actress, the storied fashion house opted for a more subtle approach, choosing design influencer, Ambra Medda.

Medda’s natural poise and exceptional design aesthetic make her a perfect match for Roger Vivier, which is known the world over as the epitome of luxury fashion. Medda collaborated with Roger Vivier to create her own version of the bag, appropriately named Miss Viv’ L’ArcoBaleno. The collectors piece, which is exquisitely adorned with rainbow sequins, will be available in limited quantities this October at select Roger Vivier boutiques worldwide.
